'The room was not quite ready when we checked in around 11pm. Toilet has pee mark on it. Sink is broken so water not draining that we have to fix it ourselves as it was pretty late. When check out next day and shared these to staff, they didn’t say anything. The room has only one robe so we needed another one to go to mineral pool and I went to front desk to request it , they said they will ask stuff to deliver one it didn’t happen the whole morning. And my son left his contact lens in hotel....

'The Bergson absolutely lived up to our expectations and so did Calistoga with great walks, wineries, people and atmosphere. The Bergsom and Calistoga is a perfect place for a small get-away.'
