If you’re dreaming of a simple beach escape, Loft 42 is just the spot Nearly beachfront, this sunny, upper-level loft is tucked into the heart of Pierpont Beach—just a few houses from the sand. With vaulted ceilings, ocean air, fast WiFi, and A/C, this cozy one-bedroom hideaway is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families looking to slow down and enjoy the coast. This is an old-school 4-unit apartment house with cosmetic upgrades that we think make it the perfect vintage-beach getaway



**Booking process - IMPORTANT!

- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.

- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.



**Guest Portal

- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal

- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal

- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.

This sweet loft has everything you need for a carefree beach stay—vaulted ceilings, ocean breezes, and a location that makes everything feel easy. Whether you’re curling up after a day in the sun or heading out for tacos and a cold drink, Loft 42 keeps things simple and comfortable.



**Where you’ll sleep

Bedroom: Queen bed with dresser, closet, USB ports, and Smart TV

Living area: Futon that converts to a full-size bed

Fresh linens, pillows, and bedding are provided in the storage bin in the closet



**Bathroom

Shower/tub combination

Fluffy towels and essential bath amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

This is a 4-unit building with all units sharing walls, ceilings/floor with the other guests. We provide a noise machine in all units and earplugs if you are particularly sensitive to noises.
