« It is a well put together “Sweet Pad”. Place was easy to find and is clean. Kitchen is cute and well stocked. We did not cook there but, did enjoy a cup of tea. Location is quiet. Enjoyed staying there. »

My kids and I were able to go about our daily routine without any additional stresses knowing we had a place to come home to that felt like a temporary home away from home. One instance we required paper towels and scissors, she had it waiting in front of our door within 5 mins!The place was perfect for our young family, having the bedroom for our toddler to sleep and living room to relax and watch tv in the evening was definitely a better hotel...

« Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay! »

« This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. « Cozy on the slightly cramped side. Ok for a quiet getaway not too far from the ocean. Check tide charts if you plan on enjoying the beach. Great host with excellent communication. »
