Hello friends! Welcome to Ventura Beach Loft 32, a cozy 400-square-foot apartment just half a block from the sand in Pierpont. With a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, and your own parking space, this little beach home makes it easy to settle into the neighborhood. Thoughtfully hosted by Chic Beach Vacations.



THE SPACE



Loft 32 is especially comfortable for one or two guests. The bedroom has a queen bed, and a double-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides another sleeping option. Using both means sharing a compact space, so keep that in mind when planning your group.



The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, four-burner gas stove, drip coffee maker, coffee, pantry staples, and cookware.



The wall A/C and heater is sized for a space larger than the apartment. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans, and a living-room Smart TV is ready for downtime.



The full-size bathroom has a shower/tub combination. It has not been remodeled and retains its older finishes. Fresh towels, essential toiletries, linens, pillows, and futon bedding are provided.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD



Pierpont is an established beach neighborhood with local cafés, restaurants, and lanes leading to the ocean. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels are included for your time on the sand.



Downtown Ventura and Ventura Harbor are a short drive away, and your Guest Guide shares our local favorites.



A LITTLE ABOUT LIFE HERE



These are truly Beach Vacation Lofts: small apartments with older details, useful comforts, and a location we love. We describe them openly so you can choose with confidence, arrive knowing what to expect, and leave with great beach memories.



Loft 32 is on the ground floor of a four-unit building. Walls and ceilings are shared, and you may hear footsteps upstairs, neighboring guests, or someone across the street tinkering in his garage. We provide a sound machine and earplugs, but they do not eliminate those sounds. If overhead footsteps tend to bother you, an upper loft or a different vacation home may be a more comfortable fit. Upper lofts still share walls with neighboring units.



Ants occasionally find their way inside. Ant spray is provided under the kitchen sink, and our team is happy to help if you notice activity.



BRINGING YOUR DOG



Your dog is welcome for $15 per dog, per stay. Because the lofts are close together, dogs may not be left alone in the apartment.



Even a normally quiet dog can feel anxious somewhere unfamiliar, and barking carries easily to other guests and neighbors. Please plan outings your companion can join so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.



PARKING & GETTING AROUND



One dedicated parking space is included, and we are grateful to have it this close to the beach. Spaces are tight, so please park within yours and leave room for neighboring vehicles.



There are no extra spaces on the property and no parking on Pittsfield. Please plan to bring one vehicle. Neighborhood meals and beach outings are easy on foot, while a car is useful for exploring farther afield.



GETTING READY FOR YOUR ARRIVAL



After booking, we will ask you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our required occupancy agreement. Completing it allows us to send your Guest Guide with arrival details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.



Your entry code becomes available 48 hours before check-in. Early check-in options appear five days before arrival and may be requested through your Guest Guide. We are happy to answer questions about the apartment before you book.
