Welcome to our bright, cozy, mid-mod beach apartment! Just a short walk or drive from the pier and beach, 2 blocks from the best coffee shop in town, and a short walk to downtown with all the restaurants & shops you can imagine. This is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make yourself at home in beautiful Ventura.

Enjoy ocean views and sunsets, beautiful, bright light, and a clean, minimal space somewhere between boho and mid-mod. Our hope is that you'll feel cozy and right at home.

Your own little home away from home in beautiful downtown Ventura. Bright and spacious apartment with homey and mid mod decor, this is a space you'll never want to leave. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and almost anywhere downtown, breathtaking ocean views overlooking The Channel Islands with indescribable sunsets, and the most comfortable mattresses you could ever imagine.

Whether you kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy sunset on the patio overlooking the ocean or grab a book and hop in the cozy hammock swing in the living room, you'll walk away refreshed from the ocean breeze + beautiful sun in your own private seaside getaway.

To give you a little extra bounce in your step each morning, we provide locally roasted Prospect Coffee along with a French press to make your own morning brew!
Unwind in the evening with the complementary bottle of wine we provide as a THANK YOU for choosing our space for your trip.

Here's the bottom line: we both travel constantly for work as well as just to explore the world. We know exactly what you need to make your trip the best experience imaginable. We've intentionally crafted a space with every amenity you could ever need - from top rated mattresses to a fully stocked kitchen - in order to make your getaway the most relaxing and enjoyable possible.

A few things to note for your stay:
- As with almost all of Ventura, this apartment doesn't have A/C. With Ventura being a coastal town, it's very rare that you would even think of needing it, but on a rare occasions, temperatures might get a bit warmer than normal. Open doors & windows are usually more than enough but just be aware when booking!
- As described, this is just blocks from downtown, which means it's near some main streets and car traffic noises.
- Washer and dryer are COIN LAUNDRY in a separate building in the apartment complex.
