6/10 – Matig

We (five adults and one dog) came to Ventura for an event at the harbor and had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and excellently equipped, and the property management communication was timely and cheerful. Our event occupied most of our time but the morning beach walks and then coming back to relax at the end of the day were a treat and we'd absolutely come again.

One of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a lot. Host was extremely attentive and responsive, and the house had everything. I had Family come from all over the country and we were all very very comfortable in the home. There was even a Christmas tree and lights put up.

Clean, great location, back yard and fun game room!

Our kids loved the game room and the back yard was perfect for relaxing in the hot tub and making s’mores. The neighborhood is nice and it’s close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We didn’t realize there was beach equipment in the game room storage lockers for a few days, but you might want to check out what they have in there before buying anything. Will definitely consider staying again!

This place was amazing and so was the host!!!! It was perfect in every way, stocked with everything needed and special touches needed that most places never think about. It is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, beautiful decor inside and out. I wish we could have stayed longer because it felt like home there! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and I would stay there again in a heart beat! The host was extra kind when we left a bag behind and it was retrieved and mailed to us immediately! Such a good person. The rating only goes to 5 stars but I would give it 10 stars!!!
