'Very nice and cozy. he best stay we've had in Ventura and we have been in amy of the local hotels previousely. Everything we needed and more. I parking space in front on the curb was provided. It was quiet and private.'

'The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. '

'The property is lovely. High ceilings, hardwood floors, large rooms so everyone could spread out, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen. Austin was easy to work with. Close to downtown and 1-mile walk to the beach. Only drawback was just one bathroom on the main floor, but we made it work. The sauna was great! Would definitely rent this place again.'

'Geweldige locatie en leuk om een keer in de Airstream te hebben ovetnacht. Het interieur was wel gammel inclusief de bedbank. Die is aan vervanging toe. Wij raden de verhuurder aan om de gescheurde kussen te vetvangen. Het is duidelijk dat je voor de plek en de belevenis betaald, maar is niet heel comfortabel en netjes.'
