« We absolutely loved this boutique hotel in the middle of Santa Barbara. The location was fantastic - we easily walked to dinner and shops. The property was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the beautiful property grounds and enjoyed the breakfast with local coffee and pastries, and the complimentary wine hour in the evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful. « The front desk staff were bad. At times during my 40 minute wait, there was just one person checking people in. What was more important for the second clerk to walk away? And when I was checking out, they did not tell me how to get through the parking lot gate without a room key. »
