✅Outdoor Cameras for Safety:
For the protection of our guests and property, two outdoor cameras are installed: a doorbell camera and a floodlight camera above the garage door.

✅Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed

✅Trash Collection Reminder:
If your stay includes a Monday night, we kindly ask that you place the trash cans at the curb for collection on Tuesday morning. If you`re unable to do so, please let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange for someone to take care of it.

✅Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

✅Guest Policy:
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.

Please note a 4% non-refundable credit card fee will be applied to all payments.
0-No parties are permitted, and quiet hours must be observed. In the event of a party occurring at the house and law enforcement is called, guests will be responsible for a $500 fee.

1- RENTAL PARTY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
1a: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the number of People informed in the booking request. A COMPLETE LIST OF GUEST IS NEEDED TO BE SENT ONCE BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
1b: An additional charge of $50 per person per stay for reservations for more than 8 people will be assessed.
1c: If it is evidenced that more people are staying overnight in the house vs. the number reported by `The Guest` on the booking request, `The Host` has the right to terminate the stay without a refund.

2 - AMENITIES:
If the premises/items appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Host immediately.

3- PETS:
Pets are not allowed.

4- RULES:
4a: Smoking is allowed only outside the house
4b: People other than those in the Guest Party list may not stay overnight in the property.
4c: The property is privately owned. The Host/Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while in the house.
4d: No load music that could be heard outside or by the neighbors is allowed.
4e: Keep the property and all furnishing in good order.

5- HOUSEKEEPING & CLEANING:
5a: The housekeeping is provided only after the end of the stay. While linens, bath towels, hand towels are included in the house, daily service maid is not included in the rental rate.
5b: Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper is provided for the first two days of your stay.
5c: If towels, linens and comforters present non washable stains after departure , the replacement cost of the item will be deducted from the damage protection deposit.
5d: Water System: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products and/or baby wipes should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products and/or baby wipes have been flushed and clog the water system, you could be charged damages of up to $300.00
5e: Trash disposal: Guest is responsible to place the trash in the trash cans located inside the garage. City Trash collector will pick up all the trash on Tuesdays. Please take trash cans outside to the street on Monday night for the trash to be collected. If for some reason the guests can`t bring the trash can outside, please let the Host know and we will send somebody to take the trash can to the streets for you.
