I had to travel to Ventura for a very difficult family situation. Waking up in and coming home to such a nice place each day was helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this house again.

Perfect location for a beach getaway

The property was clean and check in/out was seamless. Great view from the living room and proximity to the beach was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Great easy access to beach and groceries. Kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals. Really enjoyable stay. Host was responsive and patient to help us with rental agreement hiccups.

Perfect stay at the beach

We had an awesome stay (so close to the beach). The house has been recently updated and it is so well stocked with anything and everything you might need for a perfect beach stay. We were staying with our children ages 8 and 10 and their grandmother. It is the perfect place for both young and old as long as they can do stairs. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Beach house

This place was perfect. Beautiful view and steps to the beach. Absolutely immaculate and very attractive decor. It was stocked with everything one could need including beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, wet suits, grill and equipment etc. Grocery is nearby. Check in and out was easy and responses to questions was very quick. We would stay here again

Great House

Great house, kitchen, backyard and steps from the beach. The house was awesome and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing stopping me from rating it a 5 is the spiral staircase….which was quaint but difficult to navigate w luggage or your hands full….and the busy street…..one of the few streets down in the beach area w public access and parking…..so lots of local traffic and activity all day/night. That being said, both are tolerable and we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Ventura beach home located near everything

We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous home. The location is amazing with beach views and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Can quickly get to downtown or hop on the freeway for day trips.. The home is very clean and outfitted with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Thry have thought of everything. Loved the balcony with view of the shore, so relaxing. Enjoyed it so much, already booked another stay two months from now. Communication with rental company was great, very helpful. I am pretty picky and we loved this place.

Absolutely beautiful!

This property was perfection! Very clean, adorably decorated and the view! You couldn't ask for more. My oldest daughter was married this weekend. The day of the wedding she had her makeup artist come to the house and apply her make-up. The natural lighting was everything! It was a picture perfect 4 days. Thank you for the hospitality. I highly recommend the property!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an ideal rental for an adult family that needed 3 bedrooms/bathrooms. The pictures do not give the ocean view justice! The rental had a perfect layout for us and was bright and immaculate. The kitchen was more fully stocked than other rentals I have used. As the description indicates, there is a fairly tight spiral staircase to get to the upper level so keep that in mind, however it was easy for all of us to navigate. I highly recommend this rental for those that want an ocean view and large rooms to spread out.

Wonderful Stay!

Super cozy & beautiful, we loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach! I wouldn’t recommend the home for families with small children, the staircase was a little tough for our 4 year old! Had amazing communication with the property managers, they were prompt & helpful with their responses. Would recommend for larger groups of friends/all adult families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a great property. It has recently been renovated and the house is in very good condition. Few observations:Pros: -3 houses from the beach! -Great deck on the front to just watch the waves-great layout in the house, open floor plan- every room has a tv with streaming capability so everyone can find their own space- kitchen very well stocked and great for cooking-convenient location to downtown Pierpont, harbor restaurants and downtown VenturaCons:- guests should be aware that this street and the one directly across from it in the pics are the main hangouts for local teens and young adults. The foot traffic is fine, lots of families, people checking surf, walking dogs etc... but just about every night, there are people playing loud music in their cars, partying, fireworks, etc. One night a local homeowner really got into it with a group over fireworks. There was no police presence, which I found a bit surprising as there are groups out there every night. That said, we didn't have any issues with anyone.Also, for what its worth, we were very disappointed with what I assume are a small segment of local dog owners. Almost daily, we saw people letting their dogs run off leash and do their business in the sand, with no clean up. Who does that to such a beautiful beach?!?!
