'Nice home, close to Legoland which is why we were there. We had one small problem but Debra responded quickly and was able to resolve it with ease. Great communication and guest service. '

'This guest house is on a beautiful location with stunning views. There are two areas to enjoy the outdoors with comfortable furniture. The house is bright and comfortable. The shower has instantly hot and awesome pressure. We had a seamless check-in and check out with our hosts who responded quickly. The wifi was great. we were working and chilling and it was a perfect place. we also walked on the property which was wonderful to do close by. I can’t wait to return!'

'Marsha was a wonderful, helpful hostess. The oasis was beautiful inside and out, surrounded by lush palms, flowers and tropical plants. Inside it was light and airy and decorated with a peaceful, beachy vibe. The oasis had a very private setting, while also very convenient to the beach, downtown, and everything else you could need. '

'Wow, what a place, absolutely amazing. The view is incredible waking up to the sunrise coming over the mountains. Host went out of their way to accomdate us and our child. Perfect getaway location.'

'Check in procedure was simple, this facility has a full kitchen that is well stocked with equipment. It has a full sized refrigerator and beautiful grounds, the outdoor seating area has a gas fireplace and beautiful lighting at night. Very private tiny house in a great location.'

'Great location close to downtown Vista with many great restaurants to choose from. Host was great providing specific instructions on how to locate the property as it could be challenging in the dark, Debra made it easy to find . Place was very comfortable would definitely book again if we are ever down that way again '

'Warren is an excellent host. The property is as described, and the location is very walkable to the ocean and several restaurants. We especially liked Best Pizza and Anita’s Mexican. First time spending any time in Oceanside. Perfect weather.'

'Chris is a kind generous host, there when you need him yet fully respects your privacy. When I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little hot plate so we could have eggs for breakfast, he said he doesn’t encourage cooking in the room but he’d bring me the bbq. Next thing I know there’s the bbq and a banquet table with a nice table cloth with bbq utensils, cookware, plates and silverware in the Japanese inspired courtyard!The rooms have comfy cozy beds with soft sheets and off the...

'Perfect beach getaway with our Labrador retriever. The Grotto had everything we needed and Jason the host was very welcoming and responsive. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and within a short drive of dog beach in Del Mar. The weather was exactly what we were looking for, an escape from the Arizona heat. We will definitely rebook this one. '
