'Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We booked this hotel while in town for a cheer competition, and unfortunately, the experience never improved after a rough start. The WiFi was advertised but did not work at all during our stay. The “breakfast” offering was essentially nonexistent. Upon arrival, the TV was not functioning, and the room had clearly not been cleaned properly—dirty bedding is completely unacceptable. We were also given very limited towels and washcloths,...

'We stay here all the time we come to town. But this time was the worse time the toilet paper holder was broke the stopper to the tub was pulled out sitting on the side of the tub. There was hardly any hot water coming out of the shower bath. Some of the staff didn’t speak English so they couldn’t understand the questions we was trying to ask without using a translator. '

They kept my money even though i didn't wanna stay at that hotel because of the non working tv and heat. Never book a room there. The service and staff are terrible '

'After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

'We had put our stuff in the room and then left for 5 hours and came back, and found a bed bug on one of the pillows. Also discovered while looking for other bugs, it looked like the sheets on the other bed had not been changed. We captured the bug in between two plastic cups, got our stuff together, and proceeded to the desk to check out. We handed the bug to the front desk clerk, and he took the cups apart, and shook the bug out onto the floor BEFORE asking if it was a bed bug. Im still waiting...
