« After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

« Didn’t feel safe. Beds were comfy, but the master bedroom sink was literally falling apart and did not work. The lights from the outside shine right into the rooms. The back door that led to the patio area was completely uncovered and zero privacy (first floor unit). I couldn’t believe it. You could see right into the unit from the parking lot. « Let me just start by saying that this property looked good in the photos on Expedia. But the reality of this hotel is that it was in horrible shape. -Expedia did our family a disservice by not disclosing that this property is currently undergoing massive renovations. -None of the ice machines on any of the floors were working. -We tried to call down to the front desk to get more towels but the phones were not working. -Our bedding was disgusting and old looking. -None of our lamps were...

« A notre arrivée à l’hôtel nous n’avons pas eu de chambre pour nous meme si réserve / confirme depuis 2 jours. Nous avons dû trouver un autre hébergement tard en soirée. »

« Wasn’t clean and smelled bad. Furniture was pretty worn down. Could use a new shower curtain and shower head and new towels. »

« The place was very dirty. Our shower had hair in it, did not drain, and there was literally no shower head at all... Just a metal tube sticking out of the wall from which it appeared a shower head had been stolen... all this and nearly $100 a night. »

« Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car »
