« After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

« Property was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but some pastries would be nice. Room was clean but there was a decent amount of footsteps from room above and road noise was loud sometimes. »

« Didn’t feel safe. Beds were comfy, but the master bedroom sink was literally falling apart and did not work. The lights from the outside shine right into the rooms. The back door that led to the patio area was completely uncovered and zero privacy (first floor unit). I couldn’t believe it. You could see right into the unit from the parking lot. « There was coffee but no coffee maker. There was a part of the ceiling that was peeling from what looked like an old leak near the bathroom. The couch was very small and uncomfortable so there were no good seating areas that were comfortable besides the table which only had 4 chairs. Then the bathroom shower was absolutely tiny. The shower was so small it was almost impossible to shave your legs. The beds were comfortable but one of the sheets had a stain on them. The location is nice. »

« This spot was incredible. It's really unassuming from the street but once upstairs is just a rad as heck spot. Lots of space, very clean, great design. The auto communication can be a bit odd and feels spamming, but ultimately was that bad. »

« Super clean, well decorated, has conveniences that are thoughtful in every Jungle House location, nice fluffy towels. This property was pretty run down, but compared to other places we've stayed in the area, it is really nice to have the amenities. Great location. »
