'After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

'Do not stay here! Not uncommon to have multiple car windows smashed out with baseball bats! No one at front desk seemed fazed! They were prepared with 2 shop vacs to lend us to clean glass from our cars. '

'We stay here all the time we come to town. But this time was the worse time the toilet paper holder was broke the stopper to the tub was pulled out sitting on the side of the tub. There was hardly any hot water coming out of the shower bath. Some of the staff didn’t speak English so they couldn’t understand the questions we was trying to ask without using a translator. '

'The hotel did not have power because of the weather event. However, the staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and comfortable. '

'Nasty. The room they gave me didn't have a working tv and the room didn't have heat, so i decided not to stay. I wanted my money back. Some how they scammed me. They kept my money even though i didn't wanna stay at that hotel because of the non working tv and heat. Never book a room there. The service and staff are terrible '
