'The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it. The breakfast was OK but not outstanding. The front desk staff was grest-- even suggested a terrific local Italian take-out restaurant.'

'Everything was great till my children looked out the window and saw homeless people at the pool butt naked.. we called and told the front office, all for them to go outside and throw away our small charcoal grill, and all the grilling utensils we had with it, it was all cleaned up and put away In the corner completely out of the way. They went out there and trashed all of it. We called the office to ask if they had done anything with it for them to scream at us and an say no grilling was allowed...
