'Very noisy AC. Stained carpets and towels'

'The cottage was clean, staff was so friendly, our stay was quiet and peaceful… it was perfect! Definitely planning to stay there again!'

'The stay was nice but we were a little upset because we needed extra towels and rags and they were out if rags and said none will be available until the next day and we had to use hand towels. This was unacceptable. Everything else was great other than that one complaint.'

'My room was dirty. Stray strands of hair in the shower, wrappers and crumpled paper on floor along the stove, fridge side , and a used beach towel on my balcony. I didn’t get a chance to see the outside areas due to rain and I was only staying overnight. I recommend this hotel but housekeeping needs to be more on the ball and hope this isn’t the norm for the lodge.'

'Room was clean as taff was nice our bathroom pipes were making sounds in the room so they let us Change rooms with no issues. The new girl at the front desk was new and very kind but charged us after we had reservation with Expedia but that is being credited to us. Expedia helped in that situation. But all in all it was a nice comfortable hotel and I would stay again. It was a good location as well.'

'I have a service animal yet I was charged for my service animal. I went back inside when the charge hit.my account and the man at the front desk refunded me but now the refund has been taken away and I am still being charged for.my service animal. She is a diabetic alert dog. Which is against the law for me to be charged. I don't understand how you refund someone and then take it back without any notification or explanation. This is very frustrating.'
