'Soooooooo good ! It’s best place in my life'

'Hilangkan tokek nya'

'Friendly staff. Needs a little bit of maintenance and could offer more amenities like pool side service and expanded menu. Nice quiet location. Need transport if wanting to do anything off property.'

'Absolutely loved staying here and will be back one day'

'Had a fantastic time at The New Moon Umalas. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, and the villa was extremely clean. The New Moon Umalas is surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and is central to all of the core services that one should need during their stay in Kerobokan.'

'Love the staff there'

First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. Also, the elevator broke down on the day I had checked out with my luggage, but the staff helped me carry it downstairs. The restaurant offers some...
