'Very nice little property, with a short walk to Barton Springs. The Host was very responsive and the other tenants at the apartments were very nice. The pool on site was very clean. Great experience overall!'

'Extreme false advertising. Pictures displayed look nothing like the property. There are bugs. Terrible furnishings. And, 8f you book through a 3rd party (Expedia) property has a no refund policy once confirmed. May dispute with Expedia.'

'Overall the stay was great. Room was clean, about the size of a hotel room. Only issues we had with room was the upstairs neighbors had children that were running around A LOT. Also they did not have face wash cloths so bring your own or a loofa to shower. There is street parking only. We unfortunately had our truck broken into and had to get the window replaced. Luckily we found a gentleman who was able to fix it in a pinch. There was no cameras around to see who did it but we didn’t leave...

'Exactly as described, would definitely stay again!'

'Super convenient location near everything we needed.'

'Smells like pee, the Pac-Man machine is real, the parking is terrible, the neighborhood is sketchy, and the unit honestly smells like pee. Also, it’s a guesthouse not a full house. I’m pretty sure someone will be watching you. '

'A cute spot in Houston! Very nice for a couple nights stay, and convenient to park or take public transit.'

'The pool area enhanced our experience, splashing about brings fun times with friends!'
