'The room was fine, but we hadn’t expected to have to walk up stairs to get to our room in a three floor facility. Although it was only a half flight, it was inconvenient. Also, breakfast was not included in the price. There was a good breakfast available near by.'

'Great location, lots of history and character, and we enjoyed our stay overall. We had a room in the carriage house, and had a few issues with the TV not working, and the upstairs neighbor arriving and making plenty of noise at 1-2am, but the beds are comfy and the restaurant is excellent!'

'An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags. The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course. Looking forward to returning!'

'This was such a lovely place to stay; it’s such an adorable B and B. Truly could not have asked for more-from the morning breakfast until the homemade cookies in the evening. The owner gave us recs for places to go and things to do for the weekend we were there, and was very accommodating for my friend with food restrictions. Really had such a lovely time.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at The Orchard House Inn! It was lovely and full of charm and character. Just what one would expect from Freeport, Maine! Our room was very comfortable, charming, and welcoming. The shower was a bit small but adequate. We stayed in the "Downstairs King Bedroom" (we called it the Book Room) and the bed was so comfortable! It was our best night's sleep on the entire trip! 'The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!'
