'The room was fine, but we hadn’t expected to have to walk up stairs to get to our room in a three floor facility. Although it was only a half flight, it was inconvenient. Also, breakfast was not included in the price. There was a good breakfast available near by.'

'An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags. The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course. Looking forward to returning!'

'My family and I were in Maine for a long weekend. We have stayed here before and had good luck. Our room and bathroom were clean and the water was hot for showers. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. The second thing that we didn’t like is that there was a concert going on and the concert goers were parking in the hotel lot. Once we got back from dinner and the beach there was no parking...

'Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.'

'Be aware of this place if you take a lap dog, they will frame and charge you for "dog poop". I have a well trained dog that has been traveling with me for years and has his own bed. This is incredibly infuriating they said there was dog poop in the bed. So where did my husband and I sleep? I even returned to the room because I left my car keys when checking out and I moved all the covers from the bed to find the keys. 'Room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a good selection of food. A major negative for the food was my wife dished up a bowl of oatmeal and found a long hair in it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We used the laundry room and it was sufficient for our needs. Parking was convenient but expensive at $35 per day.'
