'We had a really wonderful visit at the Inn at Diamond Cove. It was a special adventure and the staff tried to work with us to help us enjoy our visit after arriving very late at night for a one night /one day stay. We knew nothing about the inn or the island's history so it was a leap of faith and well worth it.'

'An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags. The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course. Looking forward to returning!'

'The room was fine, but we hadn’t expected to have to walk up stairs to get to our room in a three floor facility. Although it was only a half flight, it was inconvenient. Also, breakfast was not included in the price. There was a good breakfast available near by.'

'Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed.'

'My family and I were in Maine for a long weekend. We have stayed here before and had good luck. Our room and bathroom were clean and the water was hot for showers. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. The second thing that we didn’t like is that there was a concert going on and the concert goers were parking in the hotel lot. Once we got back from dinner and the beach there was no parking...

'Everything from the check-in through the stay was great. I love the location as it was so central to so many things. The bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was also very nice with top notch products. Having a TV in the living room and bedroom made watching the World Cup easy. The staff were also super helpful on recommendations for restaurants and bars around the area. I'll def be back in the future!'

'I booked a bundle through Expedia. The booking was for a queen studio however I received a 2 bedroom efficiency. It was lovely. Quiet and so comfortable. Had a little trouble with the card keys so used the key on the app which was smooth. Parking is very efficient.'

'Everything was great. The only thing wrong was that we learned there was no parking on site until AFTER we booked the room. Too late to change then. Valet parking added another $40.00 per day to our stay. I feel the charge should have been mentioned before booking (during advertising) or be added to the nightly fee just as part of the nightly fee without saying it's for parking.
