'This place has a good vibe, nice, clean and quiet'

'Where to start? Night staff when we checked in sent us to the wrong room... found out later he didn't even read my name on my driver's license correctly. Got our reservation all confused. Room was like a cave, the lighting was so dark. Iron didn't work and the OTHER night staff guy seemed mystified as to what to do about it. And forget about asking for extra pillows. Pool was out of order. We've been "Hilton people" for years, but experiences like this (not the first) have us rethinking and...

'Clean rooms'

'The room and the property itself was very nice and visually pleasing. Plenty of parking and so much in the area for food and shopping.'

'No elevator. Despite booking a handicap room, they tried to put us on the second floor and then upcharged us to move to the first floor. Gutters hanging off the building, landscaping hasn't been touched in years with 4 ft tall weeds all around. Grass not cut and 3ft tall. Not as advertised.'

'Fast check-in. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and tidy, although the room did smell of animal (wet dog)'
