'The room was fantastic, but what really did it for us was the staff. From the moment we walked in the front door we were treated like royalty. Even the young lady who took our luggage to our room with us held a nice conversation with us (in English!) When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful (even filled out our luggage forwarding tags for us). We can't wait to go back to Japan just so we can stay there longer.'

'Incredible service in a way that only Japan can do. Watching the sunset behind mount Fuji from our 38th floor room was pretty epic. Kids loved the pool. Had a great stay and we’ll be back next time.'

'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'

'Keurig hotel. Als bereisde Nederlanders een hoop van de wereld gezien. Eerste keer in Japan. Tandenborstels, handdoeken, pyjama, zeep, alles ligt klaar, meer dan wij gewend zijn. Op loopafstand van metrotrein en flink aantal restaurants. Wij hadden Starbucks als favoriet voor het ontbijt. '

'Very clean and great room layout, spacious and functional, used the hottub bath everyday. Gym is a bit small but very bright and clean with all the basics you need to workout. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Location is right next to subway station which makes it convenient to travel between places. 7 -11 right beside hotel, good for quick bite, snacks and drinks. Hotel is a bit pricy but mainly due to holiday season. Other than that, highly recommend to fellow travelers ! '
