« A couple of days prior to our arrival we received email communication with instructions for entering the apartment. Buzzer entry and lockbox codes worked fine but when we entered the apartment it was apparent that it had not been cleaned after the last guests. The bed was stripped, the couch and furniture were in disarray, there was garbage on the counter, and there were no towels. It was Easter Monday so of course the property office was closed. « Bel appartement moderne , défaut majeur: le bruit. Chambre située à côté de l’escalier, mur épais comme du papier cigarette, comme si le voisin vivait avec vous . A partir du jeudi jusqu’au dimanche juste sous les fenêtres de l’appartement, plusieurs bars et là, enfer assuré jusqu’à tard dans la nuit ! »

« Nice apt but no daylight and no air conditioning. Not properly stated in description of the apt. However, we had quite nice stay. »

« Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at Kai Bilbao. The apartment was spacious with good view of the river. We had easy access to buses and trains. It was also nice to be able to walk along the river. Good value and fast wifi. »

« Les plus : spacieux pour 6 adultes, très propre, assez bien équipé, dans un quartier vivant, bien situé près du vieux centre-ville. Gorka est très réactif, merci à lui ! Le moins : l'isolation n'est pas top. Le week-end, ceux qui dorment côté rue risquent d'avoir le sommeil perturbé par le bruit nocturne du bar en face. »
