'Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. There are some construction happening closeby, which can be noisy at times, we were so tired that it didn't even bother us at all. '

'Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient.'

'We were overwhelmed by the lenghths to which the staff accommodated our needs to be in different parts of the overall resort at different times. Because most of the major hotels and attractions are interconnected with undercover links and escalators, walking from one to another was relatively easy on such a steep location.'

'The place is ok. Its away from the main center so there is not a lot to do walking distance. Would be good if you are looking for a scape and disconnect, however they receive a lot of families and groups that make the stay a bit noisy. '

"Hotel has good facilities though you can see it is a bit old here and there, could do with some refurb. Staff, especially in the club lounge are good to excellent. They make me come back here. Room is good but also a bit worn. Bed is excellent.would recommend even with newer/nicer options in direct vicinity. "
