« The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded...

« Our group had a wonderful stay! The condo offered plenty of room for everyone without ever feeling crowded, which made it perfect for traveling together. We loved having a comfortable place to gather in the evenings after spending the day exploring Atlanta. The neighborhood made it easy to get to popular restaurants, and entertainment, so we spent more time enjoying the city and less time driving. The property was clean, welcoming, and matched what we were expecting from the listing....

« Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...
