« Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great. »

« This is the second time I’ve stayed at The Black Swan for the holidays while visiting my family. I like the fact that breakfast is included and they have everything from the traditional “continental” breakfast fare to hard-boiled eggs and microwave-able breakfast sandwiches. I also like the in-room Keurig coffee maker. The guest WiFi was great - no buffering. »

« We stayed here for New Years Eve and it was lovely. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were nice and hot. The rooms were very clean. We will def be back! »

« Wonderful stay - the property becomes a beautiful winter wonderland in December! Cabin was warm and well-designed, sauna was amazing and easily accessible all day, the staff was friendly, super responsive and drove us around the property when needed. Would recommend and plan to comeback! »
