'Hotel is very new and everything looks great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is amazing and comfortable. Hotel is walking distance to the city centre, very convenient. Car park is secured and underground but just a bit hard to get in with big car. Buffet breakfast is lovely we all love it. Will definitely book again if visiting Hobart next time'

'Checking in and out is very problematic. We arrived at 4PM but the reception was closed. Checking in at the restaurant next door lasted 30’ as the only one who new how that worked was also the only one with a gaming license and was not available!! Checking out was even worse: we left at 9.30 AM and the reception was closed AGAIN!! The restaurant opens at 11AM so there was nobody present and check out is before 10AM. Ridiculous. The food in the restaurant is good ad are the employees working...
