'Everything was pleasant & stressless... The only improvement I would suggest is the breakfast selections. Basic scrambled eggs would have been nice with the standard bacon. I stayed 4 days and they finally seved it one time ...on a Friday. Other wise it was a great stay. Definitely would stay again.'

'The hotel room was clean and comfortable. In room coffee was provided but only one decaffeinated and one caffeinated was provided for 2 of us so got a couple more from the front desk but should have had enough so I didn’t have to go get more. There was one chair in the room to sit on but with 2 people there should be 2 as there was plenty of room for them. We ate dinner and had breakfast at Guy Fieros. Very good food and service. We stayed Friday night so we could attend the stir cove...

'This hotel is quirky, but in a charming way. The staff was great and it's a very central location in downtown allowing easy travel to many attractions in Omaha. There were a few "down sides" to the hotel, but nothing that would deter me from staying at this facility again. This hotel is charm, not modern, which is something I prefer when visiting new places.'

'Clean room, great breakfast, pet friendly. Our room was very nicely sized with plenty of room. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy. We had a dog (140 lbs) with us and they have a small grassy area near the building that worked great. The area seemed a little sketchy. There was a guy looking in car windows when we arrived, so we brought in...

'Staff were friendly and after a long day of moving, I was grateful for the meals for purchase rather than going out to eat. The only was, I would have been nice to have a microwave and ice bucket in our room.'

'Water pressure is awful, took me an extra 20 minutes to get my hair rinsed. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need towels, water, or clean sheets you are out of luck and have to buy water from store at double price. Pool occupancy is 9, so if you go down there and there is a birthday party happening like we did you are out of luck and can't swim. Hotel was clean, nice and surroundings were good. The parking is good other than when it rains it floods. Not sure we will stay again but again...

'The one working nights, Peter, was so very kind to me, going over concerns I had. I felt comfortable talking with him. As well, his sister was great with additional concerns. There was one other that helped figure out the waffle making device so I could use it. Such a good experience. Breakfast was a nice assortment! All in all a very nice experience indeed.~ Price was right too!!'

'Beautiful property well maintained. My only disappointment was that the TV did not work nor was any attempt made to fix it.'

'Clean and convenient location. Room was a good size (queen with wet bar). Curtains were NOT blackout. Lots of light comes through. Loose tiles in the bathroom and laundry room (maintenance needed). Laundry was convenient. Breakfast was nice!'

'We chose this location because of its proximity to the Blackstone Neighborhood and its pool. The rooms were clean, though our garbage was not emptied once in the 4 days that we were there. The biggest issue that we had with this property was one of the front desk workers. It got to the point where we would think of alternate routes to avoid walking by the desk. She would admonish our children for walking back from the pool, talking at normal volumes, and even went so far as to use profanity...
