'The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

'We stayed here Friday-Monday. We had no hot water until Monday.The hotel said it was due to them being booked at capacity for the past 3 weeks and to reach out to Expedia. Expedia took way too long to respond on chat and I really just wanted to enjoy my vacation. If you decide to stay just call to see if they will have hot water.'

'The whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. People yelling and fighting at different times throughout the night. The door to room didn't lock properly so no sleep, scared someone would just walk in. The A/C didn't work and the room was warm. The only thing that worked well was the shower but the towels smells like cigarettes. So disappointed. Never again.'

'There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country'

'No place was very clean.Staff was very nice.Didn't like the fact that I paid for parking?And then when I came back about eleven o'clock eleven fifteen at night , there was no parking for me in any of the garages , or in the parking lot behind. You think if you were gonna charge people per slot fifteen dollars , you would make sure that you didn't oversell the parking lot outside of that everything was great'

'I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!'
