Hôtel près de Centre commercial Shadow Lake Towne Center (Omaha)

« This is one of the worst days ever had. The room was misrepresented by both Expedia and the hotel website itself. I would expect more from a supposedly three star hotel. I asked for food delivery as I was bedridden and denied. There was construction outside the entire day that I was there for rest. I gave it two stars because it had a hot tub. I have pictures if anyone needs to see them. »

« The only thing that i wish the website would have said was that the pool was being renovated otherwise, hotel and stay were amazing! »

« They did not have the room available, which was advertised. The place was dirty and I know this part can’t be helped but there is about 30 construction workers that we’re staying there while they were on a job I assume. »

« Breakfast bar was great. Staff friendly, helpful and pleasant. Hotel, rooms, etc clean and nice. Parking lot very good. My only issue was that the room was way too light in spite of closing all shades and all lights off. I think hotels need to be mindful of people being able to sleep in darkness as we should do for restful sleep. I didn't sleep well at all for the two nights and I plan to make sure to stay in hotels that promise to provide dark rooms in the future. »

« Everything was great check in was quick. The young blonde guy at check in was very nice I didn’t catch his name. We had only a few issues our bathroom light and outlets weren’t working but front desk got it fixed. The pillows had absolutely no support my neck hurt the next morning and a couple of the towels had hair on them. »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...
