« The sheets had a stain on them. When ask to change them the front desk clerk said they would do it, took down our room number, however the sheets were never changed. The room Trash cans were not emptied after our first day stay. We had to return our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. »

« There was an old chocolate milk half gallon in the closet. The room temp semi cool on max coolness. Rust was painted over. Iron and blow dryer worked really well and the shower pressure was good. »

« The common area eating area had a very overwhelming chemical smell. The food Buffett was not very fresh so we did not eat there. »

« The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

« I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE! »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...

« Parking was fine. I asked for a handicapped room wwhen i made the reservation. We got thereand were told it wasnt available due to flooding in the building. I think they should have emailed or texted me before check-in so i could make other arrangements. There were people in other rooms yelling and screaming then to top things off, the police came to do something about the people yelling and screaming. I wouldn't recommend this place to the devil himself! »

« There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country »
