Hôtel près de Willow Springs Park (Omaha)

« Parking was easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. However the pool was out of order for repair. The only working ice maker was on the 3rd floor. Shower pressure was awful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok. »

« The view of the river is worth a room with a view! If you want to enjoy the view even more, choose a patio river view room. The pool area is closed unless it is summer. I truly wish the hot tub could be open in the spring and fall. The restaurant is a must, excellent food and great staff. »

« This is the noiset hotel I have ever stayed in. The phones in the room did not work, (I put in 2 trouble reports about this). You could hear everyword the next room saying. Had to comfront them about this. The evening shift staff member could careless about what I pass on to him. For me this hotel will not be on my list to stay at in furture travels. »

« Breakfast was hot and fresh. Nice choices. The woman at the desk was wonderful keeping the Breakfast area stocked and clean. »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...

« So, this is my second stay here. I was here just 6 months ago and had a bit of a different experience this time . Parking and getting to the lobby is easy here, and checking in went fast and smooth. I was given my room keys and off I went . Upon reaching the room at quick glance it looked ok, but once you really start looking, the place is showing some pretty decent wear. « I always pick these type of hotels AKA Holiday Inn Expresses because of their continental breakfast being so phenomenal! This one also had a pool and hot tub which I did not get to use this visit but it was in full operation. The staff was excellent and accommodating me in any of the amenities that I needed through my stay!! I also the location was very easy to get to in comparison to the places I was going to be visiting on this trip. If I could rate this any higher than a five star I would do...
