« Great location! Five minute walk to the Southernmost Point and less than 15 minutes to Sloppy Joe’s. Some of the units are on the second floor so one easy flight of steps. The unit is very functional and everything worked well. There is super limited closet space and the bedroom is small. Overall, it met our needs and was great for the price. »

« Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...
