'The home pics equal what is live. Owner/Management was quick to respond to our concerns and questions. The place is beautiful but just good for 2 or 3 people. The Dock rules are tricky but stay in touch with the owner. The community rangers are good help and guidance I wish each property had a way to secure the lawn and do k so no one breaks the rules. Overall a beautiful place!!'

'Sunrise Point is brilliantly conceived and perfectly executed. We stayed for a weekend while enjoying the Fiddlers' Reunion in neaby Athens.The checkin was simple. The cottage was perfect. The location is awesome. 100 stars.'

'Sunrise Point is a touch of class with top notch amenities. Every detail was thought out for welcoming guests. The boathouse is equipped with fishing tackle, and water sports supplies. Pickle ball court with supplies. Fire pits, lots of sitting areas, pool, well-groomed yard, deer, birds. We took friends this time. Will return again and again. Casey the hostess is very responsive and informative. Love love this place. Pinnacle golf course is minutes away. '
