« Neglected property. No hot water in shower, due to scaling build-up. Deck visibly not safe, with decayed wood and loose banisters, two stories up! I imagined a single parent with child being horrified. Tripping hazard via corners of area carpets used to hide stains on wall to wall carpeting. Advertised Wi-Fi, instead had an unsecured Starlink connection, with no password. Deck was not private.Vrbo assisted me and I was moved to a safe clean place with a maintained and functioning hot shower. »

« The place was very nice, clean, and was just as advertised. It was pretty small, but comfortably slept 3 of us. There was no kitchen, just a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a toaster. There are also no plates or bowls (even paper ones) so I suggest that you bring your own if you plan to use the kitchenette. The walk to the lifts is only about 5 min, and there is also a shuttle stop right out front if you don't want to walk. »

« Unit could use some serious cleaning of front deck and rear deck. Could not sit and enjoy rear deck, because the furniture was very dirty. Lots of spider webs. Windows that had blinds would not open others had no blinds to close at night. Tv in Primary bedroom did not work. Not installed. Nice unit , just needs some cleaning on the outside so that people can enjoy the outdoor decks after a long day. »

« Upon arrival I was happy with the setting outside. The house had not been occupied in some time.. the bedding was clean, older setting. Towels were clean and ready.. The owner was very understanding and accommodating as it hadn’t been occupied in some time so there were some cobwebs and spider droppings. "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour familial et nous vous remercions. Le logement est top, la piscine et le service de piscine également. Cependant, nous avons été déçu par le service de restauration qui n’étaient pas toujours aimable, à 8h30, nous avons eu plusieurs remarques pour nous dire que le restaurant allait fermer à 21h et qu’il fallait se dépêcher. Ils ont passé la serpillère à nos pieds, on avait l’impression de déranger. Et petit bémol également pour le café qui est imbuvable. À part ça, c’était vraiment super !"

"Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil de la propriétaire a été exceptionnel ! Toutes les informations utiles ont été communiquées, ainsi que la possibilité de laver notre linge, moyennant finance. Les chambres sont extrêmement confortables et très propres ! Petit plus, la douche à l’italienne ! Les conseils prodigués par la propriétaire ont été appliqués, puisque nous avons pu nous restaurer dans le restaurant se trouvant juste à côté de l’hôtel (deux minutes de marche. Nous recommandons à 100 % pour un voyage en famille."
