'Great stay. We were off season and wanted something south of Tahoe. This location was perfect for a couple zero days while hiking the PCT trail. Laundry on site, bring quarters. quiet.'

'The place was basically clean except the windows and sliding door tracks. The toilet seats are loose and unsafe. The towels are THIN. The deck furniture is busted apart and just left. The woodpeckers have destroyed the exterior window frames. The decks are in dire need of stain. A couple of the mattresses are terrible. '

'The place was very nice, clean, and was just as advertised. It was pretty small, but comfortably slept 3 of us. There was no kitchen, just a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a toaster. There are also no plates or bowls (even paper ones) so I suggest that you bring your own if you plan to use the kitchenette. The walk to the lifts is only about 5 min, and there is also a shuttle stop right out front if you don't want to walk.'

'Unit could use some serious cleaning of front deck and rear deck. Could not sit and enjoy rear deck, because the furniture was very dirty. Lots of spider webs. Windows that had blinds would not open others had no blinds to close at night. Tv in Primary bedroom did not work. Not installed. Nice unit , just needs some cleaning on the outside so that people can enjoy the outdoor decks after a long day. '

'We travelled right before the memorial day weekend to visit Yosemite and stayed in this property. On our first day we checked-in around 8 pm. The property has two floors, and we were travelling with old parents and a 5 year old and had to carry all the luggage to the top floor via stairs as the the lower floor only has two rooms (Kitchen other rooms are on level 2. 'Upon arrival I was happy with the setting outside. The house had not been occupied in some time.. the bedding was clean, older setting. Towels were clean and ready.. The owner was very understanding and accommodating as it hadn’t been occupied in some time so there were some cobwebs and spider droppings. He was super nice and reimbursed me a little money for the inconvenience. I would definitely rent from him again. Now that he is aware of the spiders, he is going to have the place sprayed and...

'Clean and well kept lodging right across from the slopes. Highly recommend and would stay again. '

'Well furnished. Clean. Up to date. All needed kitchen supplies- spices, sugar, olive oil, coffee. Good communication with host. Overall good value.'
