'I stayed at two Holiday Inn locations in Florida this trip and neither of the showers were level. The doors wouldn’t stay open and this one was leaning so far the water puddled up on one end. There were screw holes in the walls and the bathroom walls were unfinished. The staff were great. Pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for Busch Gardens.'

Then had the nerve too charge me $7.95 for WiFi as I was checking out. Where’s the great customer service? I was expecting for the hotel to waive the fee of the WiFi for the inconvenience of not having hot water for...

'Well maintained, friendly group, nice open atmosphere. Moderately priced, i had excellent crab cake, pulled apart brioche was the best, great caesar salad. Very satisfied meal.. walking distance to quaint Park Avenue all around variety restaurants & variety of shops'

'Absolutely TERRIBLE. I am not one to leave a review but this hotel. The quality of this place absolutely was the worst and we travel often. One of my guest was showering and the glass door exploded on her. Full scale broken. She had gotten hurt. Blood all over the towel and doors and instead of giving us any compensation for their quality of the door being absolutely trash. They charged us for the deposit and tried to blame it on us for breaking the door. The staff did not care about our safety...

'No hot water. front desk staff said we had to let the water run for 20 min to heat up, which isn’t very eco friendly considering they had signs up about being water efficient and reusing towels.'
