'We had a great stay. The guesthouse is small but cute, and certainly big enough for my wife and I and our small dog. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The location is in a very nice, quiet and safe older neighborhood with old Florida charm, and it was enjoyable walking around looking at all the older houses in the area. It's a short ten minute or so walk to the historic area, and we didn't need to use our car except to go over to the beach.The balcony is nice and one of the reasons we...

'Location was perfect and the staff were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again and we will recommend it to our friends and family. That said, it’s definitely time for new carpeting. It’s at the end of its life. '
