Herenhuizen in Sovereign Island

'The only thing impinging on our stay was the car park. We had great difficulty finding the way out. There were very few signs (2 that I saw), and these small and faded. We drove round and round for 10 minutes, up and down the levels, without finding the exit, and getting increasingly frustrated. At last we managed to follow another visitor out. Please invest in some more, larger, and brightly lit signs. Apart from that issue as we left the hotel, everything else was great. Staff at the entrance...

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Even the cleaners said good morning. This a great place to stay. Close to Miami Marketta if that’s where you want to go. Great price - I’d stay here again. '

'The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! '
