'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Good, clean, roomy accommodation in the centre of Broadbeach. Central location and close to everything in Broadbeach No complaints. Staff were very friendly and helpful Did not spend much time in the complex or using the facilities. Would stay again.'
