'Great location with a luxurious twist'

'If you want easy access to SeaWorld Theme Park- then do it. Otherwise, don’t bother. The staff - particularly the managers - are abhorrent and rude. We checked into our room to find a broken toilet seat, bugs flying around and thick black hair all throughout the shower. Disgusting and insanitary. It’s unknown if the shower or bathroom was cleaned after the previous guests. When I flagged the issues and spoke with Suzanna (manager), she turned the tables on me and made it out to be my fault...

'Great location close to theme parks with good facilities and yet a very relaxing setting. The amenities (shampoo, etc) very nice which is something easy to overlook. Nice building and decor. 5 min walk to shops.'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
