Dirty floors, stained pillows, blocked bath drain, leaky pipe in kitchen, and very greasy hob rings causing smoke when cooking were a problem for us. Complicated checking in process was frustrating. Property certainly not of a high standard and not value for the money paid. Constantly had sllep disrupted by noisy people in room above.It is in a good location for the Medical Center and Hermann Park.'

I immediately called the rental company and was told to "open a door to air it out". This was August in Houston! It was near a hundred degrees outside.
