Flats in Southeast Ohio

'Wife and I stayed here during repairs on our home. It kept us in the neighborhood. It had the space we needed, walking distance to some good places (e.g., Parsons North Brewing, Plank's on Parsons, IGA, etc.).'

'First: it was super clean and organized. More room than you would think and the 3 levels are set up very well. The hot tub was very nice even in 20 degree ambient outside temps. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is usually not the case I have found in other VRBO’s. The location is awesome with everything you’d need close by. Last, Julie was super responsive, patient, and helpful the entire stay even when I messed up the settings on the hot tub. Kudos!'

'Host was extremely responsive and considerate of all our needs. Home was absolutely prestine and clean. Pictures are very accurate to what we experienced. I was happily surprised that the mattresses were ssoo comfy which isnt always the case. All of our needs were thought of before hand, especially the wonderful little coffee bar! I highly recommend staying here.'

'Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.'
