'What’s good about the Hilton Cliffs? The rooms are clean and spacious. The toilet/shower area was tight and certainly would be difficult for a larger individual or someone with mobility issues. The gym was well equipped and the multiple pools were clean with many lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are free washers and dryers, you supply the detergent and dryer sheets. This was an unexpected benefit and came in handy cleaning the bathing suits prior packing. The worst thing about the property is...

'Misleading. Bait and switch. It should be illegal to call your establishment a “resort” when you are just an over priced motel 6. The lobby is a 10x10 room with stale donuts for breakfast. It’s not big like the pictures trick you into believing. The room gives more, Bates Motel than upscale resort. We checked in and checked right back out. We were more willing to lose the money than get bed bugs and hepatitis C. '
