'Grate place'

'I don’t recommend this property nor any other Metro Apartments. The staff is rude, not willing to help or get any issue resolved. Checked into my room and walked in to a dirty kitchen, dirty dishes, carpet disgusting needs a good cleaning, trash in the hallway, lots of traffic out front. Over all the pictures you see online before booking don’t believe those cause you’ll get way farther than what they are falsely advertising to everyone.'

'We really enjoyed the Cozy Suites apartment at The Rey! It’s a cute, well-equipped space and the location to ASU is fantastic. Your communication was wonderful and very much appreciated. One small piece of feedback—upon check-in Friday, there were quite a few messages coming through with different pieces of information. 'The location is good n the rooms actually have a lot of potential if they were properly taken care of such as maintenance type issues, paint, spackle, n few other minor quick fixes,that would make a world of difference as far as appearance n cleaning. Also the rooms are quite big n lay out of the rooms n apartments is also ideal n lovely. The manager of the property is pleasantly great,helpful, n works extremely hard n would love to have her as a host again. Especially the loft type apartments...
