'Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them to book what you want. Our stove was broken, WiFi was not working and vent was closed in the bedroom. Maintenance employee can right over and fixed the air vent and WiFi. He was very kind and...

'The location was excellent. The checking was smooth and easy. The actual unit B351 was clean but looked old and needs updating. The popcorn ceilings are brown and popping off from prior visible water damage. The worst thing about this unit was the master bedroom. The TV is to the left of the bed so you can’t see it unless you lay in your side. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. There was a cinder block underneath holding it up.
