'My friends and I are older ladies and have been lifelong friends. We try to get together at the beach a couple of times a year and have always stayed at Waters Edge. This condo is my favorite by far, Theyf provide everything you could possibly need. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely try y to Sisay there again.'

'The room was nice and well equipped for cooking. It was in a great location. With this being a new vacation location for me, I did contact Matt a couple of times about recommendations or suggestions and he was so helpful. He was a fantastic host!'

'Everything was good, however the mattresses wrapped in plastic was very difficult to sleep on. It was noisy and hot. You should invest in good mattress covers and get rid of the plastic. The view was great from the balcony. We really enjoyed being able to bring our dog. '

'Though not the newest or most modern, the accessibility, parking and beach proximity was unbeatable. Loved the security for access to the bldg and rooms. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub but folks were usually there. Convenient parking and space to load/unload. Down on 21st so a little walk to busiest street shops etc but quite convenient to good seafood, Italian, burgers, breakfast etc on 23rd We liked it so much we extended 1 extra day. We even tried to book for the following bike...
