'We haven’t stayed at this property in 20 years and decided to give it a shot. Beautiful beach and pool, central location on island with pb courts. Best description is that it is just very tired. At check in, the main wall at front desk likely hasn’t been painted in years with dirt marks across it. Our condo was in b building 3rd floor. Not terrible, basically clean but with peeling wallpaper, couch needed cleaning, crown molding with no caulking. Good for quick weekend away but don’t expect...

'Though not the newest or most modern, the accessibility, parking and beach proximity was unbeatable. Loved the security for access to the bldg and rooms. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub but folks were usually there. Convenient parking and space to load/unload. Down on 21st so a little walk to busiest street shops etc but quite convenient to good seafood, Italian, burgers, breakfast etc on 23rd We liked it so much we extended 1 extra day.
