'Rooms were dated but clean staff was friendly but condos are in need are of updates '

'The host for this property was attentive, and provided all the right information at the right times throughout the entire process. The property itself was clean and well appointed. Plenty of clean towels were available for both bathrooms. We used the master bedroom and the mattress was very comfortable. The neighborhoods around the property include several cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone considering this property.'

'Absolutely the perfect place to stay in Greenville. Parking deck next door is 7 a day, one block from Main Street behind the Westin. We walked every where and were completely safe. If ever in Greenville again-I will stay here without a doubt. The hostess is helpful, responds quickly and kind. No problems at all. '

'This is a great place to stay—very comfortable, modern, clean, and all “Clemsoned” out. The hosts were great communicators. I was very familiar with Clemson and the condo’s location before we booked it but if you’re not, the location is a little far to walk to campus and downtown and you do have to cross 123 to get to there (almost a mile to TTT’s). It is also among student apartments so one night there was a party going on well into the wee hours behind us. Again, I figured that may happen and...

'This place is all about rest and relaxation. The view of the ocean from the private balconies was amazing and the condo itself was very nicely kept and very clean. The short trip down the elevator to the boardwalk and then to the beach takes all of 3 minutes! We already miss walking on the beach in the morning with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise! The beds very comfy and there was a fully stocked closet with beach chairs, towels and toys. The kitchen was ready to go, all we needed was...

'The room is beautiful. 1 block from the beach. The only thing that was not good was the parking. I drive a big truck and you have to park under the facility. It was a tight fit.'
