'Within 2 hours of checking in. I got locked out of my room. Metal lock part at the top of the door catch on the door when closing. The security guard couldn’t do anything but give me a “emergency room” for the night. Didn’t have a charger or clothes. Next day I had the option to stay in the same room or get a new one. 'We just got back from an incredible stay at the resort, and honestly, it was everything we hoped for. The room was spotless—you could immediately tell the staff took their cleaning seriously, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. The amenities really sealed the deal. 'Staff was friendly, communication was good. Sleeping next to AC was not nice, switching it off was no option. Lots of dust under and behind bed. Sleeper couch was hard. Carpet on the steps and landings, very strange. We felt safe during tropical storm Debby. Safety deposit of $25 hasn’t been released as yet (10 days after stay).'

'If you are looking for just a relaxation trip this place is an ideal place as there are not any other amenities besides a small outdoor pool. The condo was very outdated but the view was perfect for us to just sit and relax on the balcony. The elevator and most of the hallway smelled liked mold and weed which was a very unpleasant smell. Parking was across the street which was not bad and had plenty of space to park. '
