'1st floor ocean view room had a 10' berm blocking ocean view. dj loud obnoxious music overran the common area. hotel guests had to stay in pool area or their rooms to escape. pay to park to stay. hot tub was out of service.'

'The Check in was easy as long as you have the correct address. But to actually get into your room was an issue. We had to call the company we rented the room from several times. We tried for 20 minutes to get the door open and still couldn’t, got blamed for user error. Then I got tired of waiting around since my son just graduated from ft Jackson basic training and he deserved so time to relax. Went to the lobby, waited for another 20 minutes in line and got tired of waiting so I stopped an...
