« Sarah is a truly wonderful host and her condo is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation. I would give both Sarah and her condo 10 stars if I could. Her unit is beach themed, very clean, extremely well-stocked and has awesome beach views. I have stayed here on 3 times and will continue to return as long as Sarah is the owner. This past visit, there was a problem in building B and Sarah was quickly able to get us into a friend's condo until the problem was fixed. I can't say enough good things...

« What a fantastic property! A great rental from start to finish. Excellent location, super clean, fantastic amenities, super nice staff - we loved it and will definitely be back! We really enjoyed the proximity to Barefoot Landing and found ourselves there for various reasons. I needed an 18th floor balcony for our anniversary so was limited on choices and landed at Baywatch. We’re so happy we did! »

« House was nice. Televisions were small but it was a good stay! Also not actually ocean front. »

« Carpet was dirty and needs replaced throughout. Floor tile in kitchen was cracked and tile in master bathroom was loose. There was a damaged electric receptacle in 2nd bathroom. None was these things were show stoppers but should be addressed sooner rather than later. »

« condo was clean and inviting and had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out process was efficient and property manager Janet communicated in a friendly, clear, timely manner »
