Flats in Myrtle Beach

'My husband and I were thrilled with this property for our five night getaway. Surprisingly to me, it was everything it stated it would be and also the prior reviews were very good. The beach view was amazing and the amenities were kept very clean. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to be approved for the rental (sending id pictures, credit card info for every transaction add on etc…) but in the end it was worth the time. Definitely want to stay there again!'

'We've stayed at this location for 3 years in a row. The first two years in a privately owned room, this third year. One that was owned by Bay Watch/Vacasa. There's pros and cons to both. However, this might be the last year that we stay here, at least for a little bit. For 2 years in a row, they've been replacing elevators during the busy season. This year one elevator was down for the entire time we were there, last year, in a completely different building, at one point two elevators were...

'Great location to the airport and beach. As a couple by ourselves to many kids and loud adults up to 2-3 am blaring music that could be heard through hurricane proof windows. Being on 2nd floor didn’t help. Saturday night incident happened where 10 police cars were just outside condo. Great water pressure, bed was comfortable, and easy walk to go to Wicked Tuna, which is a great restaurant. Fireworks were great We will not come back to this location. It could be a great fit for someone...

'Carpet was dirty and needs replaced throughout. Floor tile in kitchen was cracked and tile in master bathroom was loose. There was a damaged electric receptacle in 2nd bathroom. None was these things were show stoppers but should be addressed sooner rather than later.'
