Appartementen in South Canberra

'A fantastic property. The bathrooms however are in need of minor repairs. Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard....

'I would highly recommend this apartment, booking in process and communication with host was the best I have experienced thus far. Instructions were clear and easy to understand, and replies were very prompt, making my experience from start to finish effortless. The apartment and all its facilitators were of high standard, with a very beautiful and clean apartment. As I travel for business to Canberra regularly, I will definitely be staying there again in the very near future. '

'The listing is advertising misleading information in relation to the car space. The listing reads ‘there is one allocated car space in residential garage (garage clearance height 2.2m)’. We could not park on this space and by the looks of it neither could a previous guest. We specifically chose this property not only for the location and bedroom numbers but the fact we could park our 2m high rental van in the space. This was not the case. The stacker for the space is set on the middle setting...

'Very convenient location with plenty of choices for shopping and coffee. Easy and very pretty walk to the lake and close to galleries etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Access and parking were ideal and we very much enjoyed our stay. Can definitely recommend this apartment to others. Many thanks.'

'Self checkin with video explaination. The video was a little quick for me and I had to play a number of times to get all the details. Once understood the process was simlpe. The unit was immaculate. The property had good parking which was roomy enough to accommodate a ute which is unusual in Canberra car parks. Located within easy walking distance of Manuka restaurant and boutique shopping areas . 15 minutes including parking to Canberra Hospitals and 10 minutes to Civic .Quiet a d private. ...

'Fabulous apartment overlooking a spectacular magnezium indoor pool. Well provisioned and tastefully decorated. Will definitely be back and will bring my swimsuit next time! On a side note, the apartment did have an odour upon arrival. Slightly fishy. Not enough to marr a gorgeous place, but certainly noticeable. Not sure where it was coming from as the kitchen was very clean. Comfy beds and lovely luxury bedlinen. Good value.'

Apartment was clean & tidy, with essentials.Instructions to garbage area was a little confusing, had to ask another tenant in the building.Only part of initial booking, not happy with was being charged 136 cleaning fee. ??All in All Great stay '
