'The hotel’s location and overall condition were decent.
However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not.
Despite it not being a standard room, the experience from the very first day of stay wasn’t particularly pleasant.
It seems they really need more careful and thorough staff training.

'We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and the views were absolutely stunning. We stayed for a week and were out most nights, but loved coming back to such a comfortable, luxurious space. The spa and gym were excellent and really added to the experience.
We’ve also stayed at the Fairmont in Monaco and truly love the Fairmont brand — it never disappoints. We would happily stay here again.'

The bus stops right in front of the hotel, but its a 15 min walk to the closest subway.
Some supermarkets closeby as well.
Overall: bit pricey for what you get there.'

'Perfect hotel voor een bezoek aan Tokio, dicht (max 5 minuten wandelen) bij 2 verschillende metrostations met alle nodige verbindingen. Propere kamers, relatief groot in vergelijking met andere hotels in de stad. De convenience store in het hotel is zeer handig, ook een 7- eleven aan de overkant van de straat. Gratis busvervoer naar en van beide disney-parken aan het hotel. Ook rechtstreeks busvervoer naar en van beide luchthavens recht voor de deur van het hotel (dit wel tegen betaling)....

'Compared to the other hotels we stayed in Tokyo in the same price range, this hotel is a clear winner. The lobby feels very welcoming and our (relatively) spacious room even comes with a nice view. The amenities are great. The only small issue we had was with their drink bar…we can’t stand the artificial flavored drinks and brunt coffee. Luckily there is a Lawson just around the corner. It’s also close to Ariake Tennis-No-Mori station and Ariake Garden. The surrounding area is great for scenic...
