'Heel mooi grote kamer in prachtig omgeving. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Alleen de jacuzzi heeft het niet gedaan. Voor de rest perfect. Zeker een aanrader.'

'Breakfast and service was excellent but the room was severely lacking in storage. The wardrobe had a hanging rail too high for most women to reach and there was no other place to put other clothes, or flat surface for the usual items. Hopefully this will be addressed in an otherwise pleasant hotel'

'Lovely and welcoming. Staff were lovely and friendly Breakfast was amazing My room was comfy and I slept well the first night. My only gripe was was huge spiders web inside the bedroom window and the amount of spiders I found in the room (sorry I’m an arachnophobe and once I’d seen them that put paid to my sleep on the second night'

'The staff were very welcoming on arrival. Lots of parking spaces available and excellent choice of food in the pub/restaurant. Very comfortable room which was just what we needed for the nights stay.'

'Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. It would have been flawless if there was an 2nd pillow and the door from the stairs entry didn’t bang so loundly when people walked through. Both an easy fix. Would definitely recommend'

'Very friendly staff, nice big room (called falow), excellent breakfast, excellent evening meal staff very helpful sorting out a taxi for us, the room was warm due to heatwave so needed to keep windows open so we did notice some noise from the kitchen fans but this could not be helped. Very good car parking. Overall an excellent 2 day visit and would highly recommend.'

'Lovely Yorkshire welcome. Clean room well maintained. Lovely choice for dinner and great choice of drinks. Good breakfast buffet and menu options cooked fresh. Delicious!'
