The apartment:
The SUNBEAM apartment in Sitges, located on a second floor with no lift, is cozy and perfectly equipped for a self catering stay.



The lounge area has a sofa bed suitable to accommodate an occasional guest (under request), a dining table with four chairs and has access to a small terracewhich also has a wooden coffee table and two armchairs.



The terrace offers stunning views out over the beach and it’s the perfect place to just sit with a glass of your favorite drink and soak up the laid back atmosphere of the San Sebastian Beach area.



The modern separate kitchen has all you need for self catering.



The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and shower.



The bedroom is at the end of a small corridor and has a double bed 150x190, bedside tables with lamps and a good-sized wardrobe.

The SUNBEAM apartment has an air conditioning unit at the entrance of the double room.



Furthermore, from the bedroom, our guests can access a small rear terrace with the washing machine is located.



The apartment is above a restaurant so there is a certain amount of ambient noise from the terrace below. Anyway, this is not an impediment to have a good night rest as the bedroom overlooks the rear of the building so the noises out on the street doesn´t reach there.



The SUNBEAM apartment in Sitges is a lovely accommodation in a great location with amazing views. In addition guests can enjoy free fiber optic Wi-Fi service, newly installed in the apartment.

The SUNBEAM apartment is a fantastic option for those who enjoy spectacular sea views as it's located right on the sea front, at San Sebastian Beach, with amazing views out over the Mediterranean and the picturesque old quarter of Sitges.



The pedestrian street below is a recently renewed promenade lined with wonderful cafes and restaurants serving all type of meals, but mostly specialized in sea food and paellas.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
